This Site describes Roadside Assistance, Auto Repair, Vehicle Customization, Mobile Auto Repair, Emergency Roadside Service, Car Customization, Mobile Mechanic, Auto Mechanic provided by Rocky Roadside. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Rocky Roadside and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Limitation. In no event will Rocky Roadside's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Rocky Roadside against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Law and Venue. CO law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CO.
